We typically ship orders every Monday and Thursday to avoid multiple trips to the post office, and to avoid packages sitting in a postal facility over the weekend where possible. Orders are shipped Tuesdays in the event of a public holiday on the Monday, or we ship the day before a public holidy where possible.
If you have specific shipping requirements outside of the standard postal system please get in touch via email or phone to make arrangements and we will do our best to accomodate you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: if you place an order and discover a mistake in the address you provide us please get in touch with us as soon as possible with the correct address and we will attempt to correct the problem, however once an order leaves our premises and it's with Australia Post we are no longer responsible for it's delivery.
